A Transaction Coordinator will work in your corner to keep up with the details!  They  will review the contract, as well as draft needed documents such as: Exhibits, Addenda, and Amendments. Transaction Coordinators set up electronic signatures between parties and follow-up to collect mandatory paperwork, ensuring Broker compliance is met.
