After excelling in both the Hospitality and Property Management industries, I decided to take a leap of faith, leave Corporate America and embark on a path that quickly became a successful career in Real Estate brokerage. Although, I was very pleased with my accomplishments in this segment of the industry, it still wasn’t enough--I wanted something of my own!

When I made the decision to join the Real Estate Community, I envisioned a valuable service that would streamline the real estate process, while incorporating my unique attention to detail and work ethic. As a licensed realtor for the state of North Carolina, I knew I had the tool to manifest my vision. That coupled with a record of successfully helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals, created the foundation for my business idea.

At the end of 2020, I recognized that clients and agents needed an organized system of stages from the inception of contracts, through consistent communication with agents, buyers, sellers, vendors, etc. to Closing. That understanding, merged with my education, professional relationships and skillset helped manifest J. Tonai Realty Management Dba J. Tonai Transactions.
